“I am writing this letter in reference to Crestwood Construction Inc.  My husband and I recently had to remodel our master bathroom due to a leak that caused mold and a rather large mess!  Dan and his crew came in and did an amazing job for us.  We were so impressed with the way they showed up on time every day and cleaned up after themselves daily as if they were never in our home.  He was by far the best priced while offering better materials.  We will use them again for anything else we need done to our home.  Our bathroom came out beautiful!  WE LOVE IT!!!  It is hard to find honest, trustworthy people to come into your home, with Crestwood you will not have to worry.  Thank you!!!

"Dan Gruner and Crestwood Construction have handled no less than 5 major renovations for me and my partner Nancy Holloway. Each of these projects involved at least 1 full bathroom remodel (gutted to the studs) and a full kitchen. The most extensive project Crestwood managed for us was a total renovation and 350 square foot addition to a historical home in Anaheim that needed to meet historical standards for Mills Act eligibility. That home was taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt including moving structural walls and the addition of a laundry room and master suite at the rear of the house. For compliance with Mills Act eligibility, many of the original windows and the original porch had to be repaired and rebuilt. The exterior of the home was resided with redwood lap siding to match the original materials. All interior doors and moldings were done with historically accurate materials.

When Dan and his crew were done it was difficult for even seasoned experts in Anaheim historical homes to tell where the original home and materials left off and the renovations started. We were able to achieve Mills Act approval with no problems. The city was thrilled with the quality of work and happy to have another restored historic home in the city. We would (and have) enthusiastically referred and recommended Dan and Crestwood to friends, family and other real estate professionals and Dan is our first call anytime we have homes with major work required."

"Last year Crestwood Construction bid on job to completely rehab a 1500 square foot home in Costa Mesa. Their bid was well thought out and included all the items I needed as well as some I had not thought about. Their bid was competitive but not the lowest. After giving them the go ahead they performed to all the promises they made. The job was completed on time, any changes were done fairly and quickly. We had one problem with a counter top that they went far beyond what I was expecting to get it done right.

 The bottom line was they were easy to work with, fair and did an excellent job. The home was listed and sold for top dollar within a couple of weeks, everyone loved the way it looked and all the neighbors who knew the house before the rehab loved the changes and how it looked after it was finished. One neighbor wanted Crestwood to do the same to their home. Dan and his crew worked with me as a team and without their expertise the results would not have been the same.
